Where can I see the list of Broadcasters?

Our Broadcaster network grows every day. Since creating an account is free and commitment-free, you can view the list directly from myTopad after signing up.

Can I use images for my campaigns?

Absolutely — the platform supports .jpg and .png images. Your image is displayed for 10 seconds. We recommend a 16:9 format in HD resolution for the best rendering on screens.

What are the technical specs for my videos?

Minimum HD resolution, .mp4 format, 16:9 ratio, 30 seconds recommended maximum duration, 50 MB recommended maximum size.

Is there a minimum amount to create a campaign?

No, there is no minimum amount. You can run a campaign in your neighborhood from CHF 1.- a day, the price set by some Broadcasters in the network.

How do I top up my account?

You top up your account (Advertiser wallet) by credit card or bank transfer.

How do I check that my campaign is actually running?

On the day of broadcast, you can check that your ad appears in the broadcast list available on the profile page of each Broadcaster you selected for your campaign.
