Absolutely, the platform supports images in .jpg or .png format. Your image is displayed for 10 seconds. We recommend a 16:9 format and HD resolution for the best rendering on screens.
Minimum HD resolution, .mp4 format, 16:9, 30 seconds recommended maximum duration, 50 MB recommended maximum size.
No, there is no minimum amount. You can run a campaign in your neighborhood from CHF 1.- a day, the price set by some Broadcasters in the network.
For Advertisers, no subscription and no commitment: billing is pay-as-you-go, from CHF 1.- a day. For Broadcasters, a simple subscription from CHF 29.- a month, with no long-term commitment.
You top up your account by credit card or bank transfer.
Payment is automated once availability is confirmed and criteria are verified.
On the day of broadcast, you can check that your ad appears in the broadcast list available on the profile page of each Broadcaster you selected for your campaign.
This may be due to an internet connection issue at the Broadcaster's location, or the acceptance may still be pending on their side.
